All bookings made through Pintours are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience provider. Full details are shown at the time of booking. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that disrupts the services or violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pintours acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with experience providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
