How do I cancel or modify a booking?

Visit "My Bookings" in your account and select the booking you wish to change. Cancellation and modification options are available up to the cutoff time specified by the experience provider.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Confirmation emails are sent immediately after payment. If you haven't received one within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Are experiences suitable for families with children?

Many experiences welcome families. Age restrictions and recommendations are listed on each experience detail page.

What currencies do you accept?

All prices are displayed in USD. Your bank or card issuer handles any currency conversion if you pay in a different currency.
